MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE

We pride ourselves in the availability and accessibility of our management team! We are here to ensure your Deerfield Village experience is as wonderful as possible with friendly team members ready to assist!

Deerfield Village Apartments offers a team of maintenance professionals and an after-hours emergency maintenance line to call for emergencies.

If you indicate permission on your work order, our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're out and about in Alpharetta, GA!

We ask that all maintenance requests be submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help.

If you find yourself locked out during business hours, stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can contact a locksmith if necessary.

Deerfield Village offers multiple parking options, so your arrival home from an exciting day in Alpharetta is even easier. Parking options include general and covered parking in one of our three covered parking garages at no additional cost to you, or a garage is available for rent at a cost of $125.00 per month.

Deerfield Village is proud to be pet-friendly! We even offer a dog park so you and your furry friend can run off some energy, and then go back to your cozy home for snuggles. Call our leasing office to discuss breed restrictions, pet rent, or any other questions you may have.

In each of our Alpharetta apartments, you'll find stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, including a fridge/freezer, microwave (in select apartments), stove/oven, and dishwasher, so you can cook to your heart's content in your kitchen.  You'll also find a washer and dryer in every home to help take care of chores, so you can spend more time doing what you love. Our Alpharetta apartments are unfurnished, meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.

ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING

Once you apply, please send your income verification to us via email, and we will send the Trueworks/Transunion verification link. If your application is completed during business hours and you have completed the income and ID check, it will take 5 minutes to produce the screening results. 

At Deerfield Village, paying rent is made easy. You simply log on to your BILT account to make your payments online with a bank account, debit, or credit card, or you are welcome to pay in person at any MoneyGram location.

We have three different options for renters' insurance, including paying $18.00 a month to Deerfield Village, obtaining your own from your agent, or using eRenterplan.com. If you have questions about the renter's insurance requirements, please call our leasing team!

At Deerfield Village, we understand that life can change. Early lease termination may be possible with advance notice and could include fees or other obligations as outlined in your lease. Please contact our leasing office to discuss your specific circumstances and review your options.

Deerfield Village will provide utility set-up information upon moving into your new home!

Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

When reviewing an application to rent at Deerfield Village, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to 3 times (gross) the market rent.

Our property uses Trueworks/Transunion to verify income. If no records are found using this software, you may be asked to provide another verification method, such as banking information or past pay stubs, to validate income.

Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

All are welcome to come take a tour! Call our property staff to arrange the best time so there is no wait and enough time to answer any questions you have about your new home!

Our team suggests making a previously arranged appointment to prevent any wait time and to make sure all your questions about these apartments in Alpharetta get addressed. However, we do also accept walk-ins.

We currently do not offer self-guided tours; however, you can contact our team to schedule a tour of your future home at Deerfield Village.

Of course! When you schedule, just let us know, we will gladly let you set your own pace and even choose to skip seeing amenities, going straight to the apartment if you need.

For the safety and security of our property, team, and residents, photo ID is required for anyone taking a tour.

Deerfield Village offers renovated and unrenovated units, ready to provide your next new home! We make sure everything is cleaned and serviced so when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Our community is located in the heart of Alpharetta/Milton, and due to the urban environment, noise levels are expected to be moderate.

We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask that upon move-out that the unit be returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees.

At our apartments in Alpharetta, residents will be responsible for paying monthly fees like utilities and parking (if applicable).

Subletting and short-term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc., are strictly prohibited.

To make sure Deerfield Village is as peaceful for all of our residents as possible, our community's quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. We do rent out our amenity spaces for a fee. Please inquire by contacting the office.

The upfront costs when you sign a lease could include your move-in rent, security deposits, monthly garage fee, pet rent, and one-time pet fees if applicable. If you have any questions about the upfront costs, please contact our leasing office!
